Participant Satisfaction Survey Form for the Implementation of the TriOx Test in Malaysia

Thank you for participating in the TriOx study. As part of this study, we aim to understand whether TriOx, a novel blood-based early cancer detection test, is generally acceptable if it were available in Malaysia.

This survey covers participant identification, awareness and motivation, testing experience and convenience, and overall satisfaction and likelihood of recommending the test.

You will be asked to rate each statement using a 5-point scale from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
